AI Calling Rates in India, November 2026: What 15 Vendors Publish Per Minute
We read the public pricing page of every AI calling vendor we could find that sells to Indian businesses and publishes a per-minute figure, 15 in all, on 2 November 2026. This is what they say, what each rate leaves out, what 1,000 minutes a month really cost at each one, how we worked it out, and the data as a CSV you are free to reuse.
The short answer
- 15vendors with a published ₹/min for India, read 2 November 2026
- ₹2–28.52advertised rate per minute, a 14-fold spread (US dollars at ₹92)
- ₹3,000–17,149what 1,000 connected minutes a month come to, plan, telephony and a number included, before GST
- 5 of 15pages give a figure with the phone call already in it; the rest add a carrier line, a number, or both
As of 2 November 2026, the 15 AI calling vendors that publish a per-minute price for India advertise between ₹2 and ₹28.52 a minute. Priced end to end for one month of 1,000 connected minutes, the same vendors come to between ₹3,000 and ₹17,149 before GST, with a median (of each row's low-end figure) of ₹8,832, or ₹8.83 a minute all in. The headline rate predicts little of that bill: the spread shrinks from 14-fold to about 6-fold once plan fees, telephony and a phone number are added where each page charges for them, and the order of the vendors changes.
Only 5 of the 15 pages give a figure a buyer can multiply by their minutes: 4 bundle the phone call into one rate and Caller.Digital itemises the carrier inside its total. 4 publish no telephony price at all, 5 say nothing about GST, and 4 price in US dollars. Adya by Amomic-AI, our own agent for calls, WhatsApp, web chat and email, is one of the 15 rows and sits 10th of 15 on that effective figure; we say where and why in the last section.
Three findings
1. A 14-fold spread in advertised rates becomes a 6-fold spread in bills
The cheapest advertised rate is ₹2 a minute (TaskVox); the dearest is ₹28.52 (Retell AI's top listed model, $0.31 at ₹92). Price a month of 1,000 minutes at each vendor the way the vendor's own page says to, and the range is ₹3,000 to ₹17,149. Three things close the gap. Plan fees: Amomic-AI (Adya), Vyora, Ravan.ai (Agni) and Vomyra charge a monthly plan or bundle before the first minute, so a low rate rides on a high floor. Telephony: a separate carrier line adds ₹0.80 to ₹1.40 a minute at the vendors that price it as its own line (Ravan.ai (Agni), Vapi, Retell AI). And volume conditions: the lowest rates are floors that 1,000 minutes do not reach.
The reordering matters more than the compression. Ravan.ai (Agni) advertises from ₹4.50 a minute and lands at ₹11,649–17,149, 12th of 15, because the rate sits inside a ₹7,999 Starter plan with 200 credits, then ₹10 a credit, plus ₹0.80 a minute of telephony and a ₹350 number. Vomyra works out to about ₹6 a minute on paper and ₹15,000 in practice, because its smallest plan buys 2,500 minutes whether you use 1,000 or all of them. Kallix and Ringg AI, at ₹4.80 and ₹6 with telephony inside, finish 4th and 6th: a mid-table rate with nothing hidden beats a low rate with a floor.
2. A complete bill can be worked out from the pricing page at only 5 of 15 vendors
We scored each page on whether a buyer could reach a monthly rupee figure from it alone. 4 pages (TaskVox, Kallix, Ringg AI and Amomic-AI (Adya)) publish one rate with the carrier minutes inside it, and Caller.Digital publishes an itemised total that already carries the carrier and the number, so those 5 can be multiplied as printed. 4 (Sarvam Samvaad, Trikon, Bolna and Bland AI) say telephony is extra at carrier pass-through or bring-your-own and give no rate for it, so the figure in our table is a floor and the real bill is higher by whatever your carrier charges. The remaining pages either add telephony as a second per-minute line or do not mention it at all.
Tax is the second gap. 6 of 15 pages say GST is extra, 5 do not mention tax, 4 quote in US dollars, and none publishes a GST-inclusive price. An Indian business pays 18% GST on top of every figure here (the rate for IT and software services in CBIC's GST rate schedule), so the median month is ₹8,832 on the page and ₹10,422 on the invoice. Billing increments (per second, per 30-second pulse, per minute) and charges for calls that ring out are on fewer pages still, and this study does not score them.
3. The lowest advertised rates are not available at 1,000 minutes a month
TaskVox's ₹2 needs a prepaid recharge above ₹10,000; the ₹1,001–5,000 recharge that covers 1,000 minutes buys the ₹3 tier, which is the figure we used. Trikon publishes ₹4 a minute only for months above 5,000 minutes and no rate below that. Sarvam Samvaad's “from ₹3” is the start of a model-dependent range, on phone numbers you bring yourself. A buyer who reads the three cheapest numbers on the market and budgets ₹2,000 to ₹4,000 a month for 1,000 minutes gets a different bill at each: TaskVox's and Trikon's floors cannot be had at this volume, and Sarvam Samvaad's ₹3,000 is an AI-only figure before the carrier minutes on your own numbers. The effective column uses the rate each page actually offers at 1,000 minutes, so a real bill at those vendors can only match or exceed it.
Effective cost of 1,000 minutes a month, 15 vendors
One bar per vendor, lowest first. The solid bar is the effective figure at the cheapest listed option; the paler extension runs to the dearest where a page publishes a range. Our own row is marked “(ours)” and drawn like every other.
The table: what each of the 15 vendors publishes
Each row is what the vendor's own pricing page said on 2 November 2026, with the page linked in the last column. The published rate is the number the page leads with. The includes column is what the page says that number covers. The effective column is 1,000 connected minutes in a month at that rate on the cheapest listed model, plus the plan fee, the vendor's own telephony rate and one phone number where it charges for them. Numbered notes under the table carry each row's caveat.

- 1.TaskVox: At the ₹3 tier, which a ₹1,001–5,000 recharge buys; ₹2 needs a recharge above ₹10,000.
- 2.Sarvam Samvaad: Published floor of a model-dependent rate; calls run on your own phone numbers, so carrier minutes are yours.
- 3.Trikon: The page offers ₹4 only when monthly usage exceeds 5,000 minutes; no rate is published below that. Telephony is bring-your-own.
- 4.Bolna: The page says telephony and a platform fee are added per minute but prices neither; both come on top.
- 5.Vyora: Business plan (8,000 credits, about 533 minutes) plus 4 Scale top-ups of ₹1,000 for the rest; the dedicated number is included on Business.
- 6.Vapi: Vapi's own calculator range for 1,000 minutes ($82–129, by model and voice) plus Twilio outbound at $0.014 a minute.
- 7.Amomic-AI (Adya): Starter plus a ₹399 number with every minute paid for, to Growth with 500 minutes and the number inside the ₹7,999 fee.
- 8.Caller.Digital: ₹9.42 is the pay-as-you-go column with your own AI keys; the ₹10.15 column with theirs is labelled for 10,000+ minutes a month. Carrier and number rental are inside both totals.
- 9.Ravan.ai (Agni): Starter's 200 credits, then overage at ₹10 a credit: Agni Lite at 0.45 credits a minute to Agni Premium at 1 credit, plus telephony and a number.
- 10.Retell AI: Retell's default $0.11 stack (infrastructure, LLM, voice) plus its $0.015 telephony and a $2 number; other model and voice choices span $0.07–0.31.
- 11.Bland AI: Start plan talk time; the carrier is billed on top at pass-through, which the page does not price.
- 12.Vomyra: The Developer plan is the floor and covers 2,500 minutes whether you use 1,000 or all of them; the page shows prices on an annual plan.
Methodology
What we read, and when
On 2 November 2026 we opened the public pricing page of every vendor we could find that sells AI calling (an AI agent that holds a phone conversation) to Indian businesses, in rupees or in dollars, and recorded the page as it rendered that day. The source column of the table is the page we read; where a vendor publishes its rates in developer documentation rather than a marketing page, that document is the source. Prices quoted only on request, in sales decks or in app stores were not collected.
Who is in, and who is out
A vendor is in the table if its page states a price per minute, or a plan with a stated number of minutes from which a per-minute figure follows by division. Vendors whose pages publish no per-minute figure were left out rather than estimated: Gnani, Girikon, Dhiyo AI Labs, Botsense, ConnectAI and HuskyVoice on the day we read them. Two US platforms with Indian customers (Vapi, Retell AI) and Bland AI are included because Indian buyers compare against them; their dollar prices are converted at ₹92, the rate Bolna's own page uses to show 6¢ as ₹5.52, so we never chose a conversion that flatters a rupee-priced vendor.
How “effective ₹ per 1,000 minutes” is computed
| Term | What goes in | Rule |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed | The monthly plan fee, or the plan plus the top-ups that 1,000 minutes need | Smallest plan that can carry 1,000 minutes; prepaid recharges count only for the minutes they buy |
| Rate × minutes | The AI rate on the minutes not already inside the plan | Cheapest listed model or tier the page offers at this volume |
| Telephony × 1,000 | The vendor's own published carrier rate, on all 1,000 minutes | Zero where the rate includes telephony or the page does not itemise it; "+ carrier" where the page says telephony is extra or bring-your-own and prices none |
| Number | One phone number for the month | Only where the page charges for it; zero where one is included or none is needed |
| Range | The same sum at the top of the published range | Dearest listed model, the higher of two published columns, or Adya's Growth plan |
| Median | The middle value of the 15 low-end effective figures | Ranges and "+ carrier" rows enter at their low end; the 8th of 15 sorted figures |
All figures are before GST, as every page presents them. The month is 1,000 connected minutes because that is roughly 500 two-minute calls, the size of a small business line or a single sales desk, and because several pages publish volume breaks above it that we did not want to reward or penalise. Rows are sorted by the low end of the effective figure.
Checking and refreshing
Every row was re-read against each vendor page by a second reader on 2 November 2026, and the arithmetic is held in a data module whose tests recompute each figure from its parts on every change to this site. The table will be re-read each quarter and whenever a vendor reprices; the date at the top of the table moves only on a real re-check. Corrections from vendors are welcome at connect@amomic.in and will be applied with a note.

What the study does not measure
A per-minute price is one line of a bill with several. This study counts the lines a pricing page states and stops there. It does not measure billing increments (a 35-second call billed as a minute costs almost twice its length), charges for calls that ring out or reach voicemail, concurrency limits, overage after a plan's bundle, setup fees that appear in a contract, or the quality of the call. Our page to compare AI calling rates in India lists the seven items to put beside any rate, and our guide to AI voice agent pricing in India works the arithmetic from headline to effective rate and gives nine questions to send a vendor.
The table also prices minutes, not outcomes. A clinic buying an answering agent pays for the appointments it books; a developer calling portal leads pays per lead qualified. Our guides to AI receptionists in India and AI calling for real estate leads price those jobs. The WhatsApp confirmation that usually follows a call is priced per message on Meta's card, not per minute; our guide to WhatsApp Business API pricing in India has that rate card.
Download the data
The full table is a 15-row CSV with 17 columns: rank, vendor, the published rate as printed, the low and high rupee rate per minute, what the rate includes (AI, telephony, number, GST), the pricing model and entry plan, the effective figure at the low and high end, whether a carrier is billed separately, the caveat, the source URL and the date read. It is generated from the same module that renders the table above, so the two cannot differ.

Where Adya sits, and why we published a table we do not top
Adya by Amomic-AI is ₹6 a minute with telephony included. On the study's measure that is ₹9,398 for 1,000 minutes on the Starter plan (₹2,999 plus a ₹399 number, every minute paid for) and ₹10,999 on Growth (₹7,999 with 500 minutes and the number inside), which puts us 10th of 15, above the median of ₹8,832 on both plans. 3 vendors with telephony inside their rate come in lower on minutes alone.
We published the table anyway because the buyer's question is not which minute is cheapest but what a month costs, and that question is answered honestly by 5 pages out of 15. Our plan prices one agent across four channels: the same ₹2,999 Starter fee that carries the voice minutes also carries 1,000 WhatsApp, web-chat and email conversations a month, so a clinic or a sales desk that answers on all of them pays for one agent, not three. If calls are the whole job, the figures above tell you who is cheaper on minutes; if the call is one step in a conversation that continues on WhatsApp, price the whole conversation, with our price list and the calculator.
Frequently asked questions
Across the 15 vendors we could find selling AI calling to Indian businesses whose pricing pages publish a per-minute figure, read on 2 November 2026, the advertised rate runs from ₹2 to ₹28.52 a minute (US-dollar prices converted at ₹92). That is a 14-fold spread, but the figures are not like for like: 4 of the 15 include the phone call itself in the rate, 4 publish no telephony price at all, and 4 charge a monthly plan or bundle before the first minute. The full dated table, with each vendor's own page linked, is in this study and on our page to compare AI calling rates in India.
Priced end to end for one month of 1,000 connected minutes, the same 15 vendors come to between ₹3,000 and ₹17,149 before GST, once each page's plan fee, its own telephony rate and one phone number are added where it charges for them. The median of the 15 low-end figures is ₹8,832, which is ₹8.83 a minute all in. TaskVox is the low end at ₹3,000 and Ravan.ai (Agni) the high end at ₹11,649–17,149, the top of that range being its dearest listed model. 4 vendors publish no telephony price, so their true figure is higher than the one shown.
Because the lowest rates are floors tied to volume or to a recharge size. TaskVox's ₹2 applies only to a recharge above ₹10,000; at the ₹1,001–5,000 recharge that 1,000 minutes needs the rate is ₹3. Trikon's ₹4 is offered only above 5,000 minutes a month, and Sarvam Samvaad's "from ₹3" is the start of a model-dependent range on your own phone numbers. At the other end a plan floor can swamp the rate: Vomyra's ₹6-a-minute plan is ₹15,000 a month for 2,500 minutes whether you use 1,000 or all of them, and Ravan.ai (Agni)'s ₹4.50 Agni Lite rate becomes ₹11,649 once its ₹7,999 Starter plan, overage credits, telephony and a number are counted.
4 of the 15 pricing pages read on 2 November 2026 publish a rate with the phone call inside it: TaskVox, Kallix, Ringg AI and Amomic-AI (Adya). Caller.Digital itemises a carrier line of ₹1.04–1.11 inside its published total, so that total can be multiplied too. The rest either price telephony as a separate per-minute line (Ravan.ai (Agni) ₹0.80, Vapi $0.014 and Retell AI $0.015, about ₹1.30–1.40), say it is extra at carrier pass-through or bring-your-own with no rate (Sarvam Samvaad, Trikon, Bolna and Bland AI), or do not state it. A rate without telephony cannot be multiplied by your minutes; a carrier line has to be added first.
Mostly not. Of the 15 pages, 6 say GST is extra, 5 do not mention tax at all, 4 price in US dollars with no GST line, and none states a GST-inclusive rate. Software and IT services sold to an Indian business attract GST at 18% under CBIC's GST rate schedule, so a quoted ₹6 a minute is ₹7.08 on the invoice and a ₹8,832 median month is ₹10,422. Every figure in this study is before GST, as the pages themselves are.
Each vendor's public pricing page was read on 2 November 2026; the figure the page leads with, what the page says it includes, the plan or recharge the rate sits in, and the page's own telephony and number charges were recorded, with the page URL. Vendors whose pages publish no per-minute figure (Gnani, Girikon, Dhiyo AI Labs, Botsense, ConnectAI, HuskyVoice) were left out rather than estimated. The effective column is plan fee plus rate times the uncovered minutes plus telephony times 1,000 plus one number, on the cheapest listed model, in rupees at ₹92 to the dollar.
