01

Why this policy exists

Amomic-AI puts real communication power in your hands: AI agents that call, message and email people on your behalf. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) protects the people your agents reach, the networks we operate on, and every other customer of the platform.

This AUP is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the platform, including your team members and anyone acting on your behalf.

02

General prohibitions

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, or promote illegal activity.
  • Distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that incites violence.
  • Deceive or defraud anyone — including phishing, financial scams, fake offers, or misrepresenting who you are.
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights, including by uploading knowledge-base content you have no right to use.
  • Provide regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial) through an agent without required licences, disclaimers and human oversight.

03

Voice-calling rules

Outbound and inbound AI calling must follow these rules:

  • Consent. Only call people who have consented to be contacted or with whom you have an existing business relationship that permits the call.
  • TRAI & DND compliance. For calls in India, comply with TRAI’s Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations — including honouring Do-Not-Disturb (DND) registry preferences and permitted calling hours for commercial communication.
  • Honest caller identity. Do not spoof caller IDs or disguise the origin of calls.
  • Recording disclosure. Where calls are recorded, give any disclosure the applicable law requires.
  • No robocall spam. Mass cold-calling of purchased or scraped lists, repeated calls to people who asked you to stop, and emergency-services calls are prohibited.
  • Opt-out. Honour requests to stop calling immediately.

Your responsibility

Telecom regulations attach to you as the business making the calls. We provide guardrails — calling-hour limits, rate caps and opt-out handling — but lawful use of the calling channel is your responsibility under the Terms of Service.

04

WhatsApp, email & chat rules

  • WhatsApp. Comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business terms, Commerce Policy and messaging policies — including template approval, session-window rules and category restrictions.
  • Email. Send only to recipients who opted in or whom you may lawfully contact; include accurate sender information and a working unsubscribe mechanism; honour unsubscribes promptly.
  • No spam, anywhere. Unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased contact lists and deliberately misleading subject lines or preview text are prohibited on every channel.
  • List hygiene. Maintain suppression lists and do not re-contact people who opted out, even across channels.

05

AI transparency

Because your agents are AI, we require that:

  • Agents must truthfully identify themselves as AI assistants when an End User asks.
  • You must not configure an agent to claim to be a specific real person, or to deny being an AI.
  • Where law requires proactive disclosure that a caller or correspondent is automated, you must enable it.

06

Data & privacy obligations

  • Collect from End Users only the data you have a lawful basis to collect, and use it consistently with your own privacy notices.
  • Do not use agents to solicit passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card numbers or government identifiers unless you are legally entitled to and have agreed appropriate safeguards with us.
  • Do not target children with your agents or knowingly process children’s data through the platform.

07

Platform & network integrity

You may not:

  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform, or breach any security or authentication measure, except through our responsible-disclosure process.
  • Upload malware, or use the Services to distribute it.
  • Interfere with other customers’ use of the platform, or impose an unreasonable load outside your plan’s limits.
  • Resell, sublicense or white-label the Services without a written agreement with us.
  • Circumvent usage metering, rate limits or plan restrictions.

08

Monitoring & enforcement

We use automated signals — complaint rates, carrier and platform feedback, anomalous calling patterns — and, where justified, human review to detect violations. Depending on severity we may warn you, require changes to an agent, throttle or pause a channel, suspend your account, or terminate it and report unlawful activity to authorities.

Where practical we will notify you and give you a chance to cure; for violations that put people, carriers or the platform at immediate risk, we act first and notify after.

09

If you receive unwanted calls or messages from an agent powered by Amomic-AI, or see this policy being violated, email support@amomic.in with the subject “Abuse report”, including the phone number or address involved and when the contact happened. We investigate every report.
