Who we are & what this covers
Amomic-AI (“Amomic-AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI customer-interaction platform based in Rajasthan, India. We help businesses deploy AI agents that answer and make phone calls, chat on websites, and respond over WhatsApp and email.
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Our marketing website at amomic.in, including its contact and demo-request forms and the embedded chat assistant.
- The Amomic-AI console at console.amomic.in, where businesses build and manage their AI agents.
- The Amomic-AI platform itself — the APIs, chat widgets, voice, WhatsApp and email channels that power our customers’ AI agents.
By using any of these, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
02
Our two roles: controller and processor
We handle personal data in two distinct capacities, and your rights differ depending on which one applies:
- As a data fiduciary (controller) — for data about website visitors, people who fill our forms, and the businesses that create accounts with us. We decide how and why this data is processed, and this policy governs it.
- As a data processor — for the conversations that a business’s customers have with an AI agent deployed through our platform (chat transcripts, call recordings, phone numbers, email threads). There, the business you interacted with is the data fiduciary and decides how the data is used; we process it only on their instructions under our Data Processing Agreement.

Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — name, email address, phone number and company name, when you fill a contact or demo-request form, ask for early access, or write to us.
- Account data — your name, email, organisation details and sign-in identity (for example your Google account email) when you create a console account.
- Business content — knowledge-base documents, website URLs you ask us to crawl, agent instructions and other content you upload to configure your AI agents.
- Billing details — plan, invoicing and payment information when you subscribe to a paid plan. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and time spent, collected through cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Policy.
- Platform logs — API requests, feature usage and diagnostic events, which we use to keep the service reliable and secure.
Conversation data
- On our own surfaces — messages you exchange with the chat assistant on amomic.in, and test calls you request from us.
- On customer deployments — transcripts, recordings and metadata of conversations with our customers’ AI agents, processed on the customer’s behalf as described in section 2.
04
How we use information
We use personal data to:
- Provide the services — run your AI agents, route conversations, generate responses, and show you analytics in the console.
- Manage your account — authentication, team invitations, plan limits, billing and invoicing.
- Respond to you — answer contact and demo requests, provide support, and send service notifications such as security alerts or usage warnings.
- Improve and secure the platform — debug issues, analyse aggregate usage patterns, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Market our services — send you product news and offers you have opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Meet legal obligations — comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and keep records we are required to keep.
05
AI models, recordings & conversation data
Our platform is built on AI, so it is worth being explicit about how conversation data flows:
- Model providers. To generate responses, transcribe speech and synthesise voices, we send conversation content to vetted AI providers (listed on our Subprocessors page) under contracts that restrict use to providing the service.
- No training on your data. We do not use your conversations, recordings or knowledge-base content to train third-party foundation models, and our provider agreements prohibit those providers from doing so.
- Call recordings. Voice calls handled by our platform may be recorded and transcribed so the business you spoke with can review quality and resolve issues. Businesses deploying voice agents are required to give any recording disclosures the law requires.
- AI transparency. Our policies require customer-deployed agents to identify themselves as AI assistants when asked, and prohibit deceptive impersonation of humans.
06
Google Calendar integration & Limited Use
Connecting a Google Calendar is an optional integration. It is off by default, most Amomic-AI customers never enable it, and none of the rest of the platform depends on it. This section applies only if a business chooses to connect one; if you never connect a calendar, we never receive any Google user data about you.
When a business does connect a calendar, we request only two scopes — calendar.events and calendar.readonly — and we use the data solely to run that business’s own booking calendar:
- Reading availability. We read existing events to work out which times are already busy, so an AI agent cannot double-book.
- Writing appointments. Appointments booked through Amomic-AI are mirrored into the connected calendar, and updated or removed when they are rescheduled or cancelled.
Google Calendar data is never used to train AI models. We do not build, train, fine-tune or improve any foundational or generalised AI/ML model — our own or anyone else’s — using raw, aggregated, anonymised or derived Google user data, and we never sell or transfer it for advertising, credit assessment or any similar purpose.
What an AI model can see is deliberately minimal. Availability is computed on our servers, and the agent is given only bookable time slots — a date, a time and an opaque slot reference. Event titles, descriptions, guests, attachments, meeting links and locations from a connected calendar are never placed in an AI prompt; imported events are visible only to the business inside its own Amomic-AI console. Language models used in this flow are Google’s own Gemini models, called through Google Cloud Vertex AI and the paid Gemini API, neither of which uses the data to train models.
Access tokens are stored encrypted in Google Secret Manager, isolated per connection. A business can disconnect its calendar at any time from the Amomic-AI console, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we delete the stored tokens and stop all synchronisation. Imported busy-time records are deleted with the calendar connection.
09
International data transfers
We are an India-first company and host primary infrastructure on Google Cloud. Some of our subprocessors (for example speech and language-model providers) process data in other countries, including the United States. Wherever data travels, it remains protected by this policy and by contracts requiring appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
10
How long we keep data
Retention depends on the type of data:
| Data | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Account and billing data | For the life of your account, then as long as tax and accounting law requires. |
| Conversation data on customer deployments | Per the customer’s configuration and instructions; deleted or returned when the customer’s account closes. |
| Form submissions and support threads | Up to 24 months after the conversation ends, unless a legal claim requires longer. |
| Usage logs and diagnostics | Typically 90 days to 13 months, longer only where needed for security investigations. |
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it.
11
How we protect data
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, isolate each customer’s data by organisation, restrict internal access on a least-privilege basis, and monitor the platform for abuse. Our practices are described in more detail on our Security page.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but if we learn of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
12
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) — and, where applicable, the GDPR and similar laws — you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, as easily as you gave it.
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights if you are unable to.
Where GDPR applies, you additionally have rights to restriction, portability and objection, and to complain to your supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, email support@amomic.in with the subject “Privacy request”. Console users can also manage account data directly in settings. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children’s privacy
Our services are built for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
14
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and the law evolve. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date; for material changes we will notify account holders by email or a prominent notice in the console before the change takes effect.
