How we use cookies
- Strictly necessary. Sign-in sessions, security tokens and fraud prevention. The service cannot work without these, so they cannot be switched off.
- Functional. Remembering preferences — for example a dismissed banner or your chat-widget session — so you do not have to repeat choices.
- Analytics. Understanding how pages are used in aggregate so we can improve the site — page views, referral source, rough device type.
We do not use cookies to sell your data, and we do not run third-party advertising cookies on our sites.

Third-party cookies
Some functionality relies on trusted providers who may set their own cookies — for example Google (Firebase) for authentication and Cloudinary for media delivery. These providers are listed with their roles on our Subprocessors page and are bound by contracts limiting how they use data.

Managing cookies
You are in control:
- Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, per site or globally. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and some features.
- Private browsing. Using incognito/private mode discards cookies when you close the window.
- Mobile identifiers. Your device settings let you reset or limit identifiers used for analytics.
